The Student Grievance Redressal Committee (SGRC) has been established in accordance with UGC guidelines to address the complaints and grievances of students related to academic, administrative, or personal matters. The committee ensures a fair and transparent mechanism to resolve issues, fostering trust and confidence among the student community.

Objectives of the Committee:

  • To address grievances of students promptly and effectively.
  • To provide a fair and transparent process for grievance redressal.
  • To create a safe and supportive environment for students.
  • To encourage students to express their concerns without fear of retaliation.

Types of Grievances Addressed:

  • Academic issues such as evaluation, attendance, or examination concerns.
  • Administrative matters, including admission processes, scholarships, and facilities.
  • Harassment or discrimination based on caste, gender, or background.
  • Personal grievances related to campus facilities, hostel accommodations, or conduct.

How to Report a Grievance:

Students can submit their grievances through any of the following channels:

  • Grievance Form: Submit a written grievance form available in the college office.
  • Email: Send your grievance to info@dashrathmahavidyalaya.org
  • Contact Person: Mr./Ms. [Insert Committee Head Name] (Designation).
  • Suggestion/Complaint Box: Drop your written complaint in the designated boxes on campus.
