Fees refund policy

This policy outlines the guidelines for refunding tuition fees and other applicable charges at Dashrath Mahavidyalaya. The Institute reserves the right to amend this policy at any time.

1. Eligibility for Refund

  1. Refund requests will be considered only in cases of bonafide withdrawal from the course due to unforeseen circumstances such as:
    • Medical reasons (with supporting medical documentation)
    • Relocation due to unforeseen circumstances
    • Admission to another institution (with proof of admission)
  2. No refund will be considered for voluntary withdrawal or cases of academic misconduct.

2. Refund Procedure

  1. Students must submit a written application for a refund along with supporting documents (e.g., medical certificates, admission letters) to the designated authority (e.g., Dean of Students, Accounts Department).
  2. The application will be reviewed by the relevant authorities.
